Meet Our Podiatrist
Dr. Brian Brausa
Dr. Brian Brausa attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, where he met his wife and Business partner Dr. Tracy Bacik. After completing his residency at Providence Hospital He opened Ankle & Foot Associates of Northern Michigan. He specializes in Sports Injuries, Hammer toes, Bunions, Heel Pain, and Diabetic Ulcers. In his free time, he enjoys Golfing and Smoking Meat. Dr. Brausa is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery to perform Foot and Reconstructive rear foot/ Ankle surgery.
Dr, Tracy Bacik
Dr. Tracy Bacik attended Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. She continued her education at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, which was followed by a three-year Surgical residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI. She specializes in Heel pain, Warts, Ingrown Toenails, and Wound care. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and trying new food. She truly enjoys helping her patients get back on their feet pain-free.

Meet Kate
Office Manager/ Medical Assistant. Kate Joined the AFANM Team in 2018. She attended Kirtland College. In her spare time, Kate enjoys crocheting, spending time with her family, and watching the Lions Win!!
Meet Dawn
As a Chief Medical Assistant Dawn joined the AFANM Team in 2010. She attended Kirtland College, she is a Certified Podiatric Medical Assistant (PMAC). Dawn loves all animals, in her spare time she enjoys baking, sewing, and ice-cold Frappe with expresso.
Meet Arin
Medical Assistant Arin joined the AFANM Team in 2022. She has continuing education credits in Medical Coding & Billing, Administrative Medical Assistant, and Medical Terminology. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She cheers on the Chicago Cubs!

Front Desk
Hi, I’m Lori! I am the Front Desk Coordinator and Surgery Coordinator for the Roscommon Office, where I have been since September 2021. When I am not working I enjoy the outdoors, reading, hunting, and traveling to new places with my family.
Hi, I’m Kristy! I am the Front Desk Coordinator for the Houghton Lake Office. I attended Global University. I started in June 2022. When I’m not here I am a Mother of two amazing children and I am the NextGen children’s Pastor at my church.
Hi, I’m Emmerson! I am the Front Desk Assistant for AFANM I joined the team In 2023. I am Currently Attending Saginaw Valley University. My favorite things to do are baking and spending time with family and friends.
Mary
New Patient Coordinator, Mary joined the AFANM Team in 2020. Mary attended Kirtland College for Cosmetology and worked as a beautician for 20 years. In her spare time she loves to go boating and she loves reading. She brings everyone joy by giving the best hugs.
Kimmy
Billing Coordinator Kimmy Attended Kirtland College and has a Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. She joined the AFANM Team In 2023. When she has spare time she likes to unwind in nature hunting, Gardening and spending time with her Family and rescue dogs.
Angel
Insurance Verification Specialist, Angel Attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Where she received her Bachelors in Aeronautics. She Joined the AFANM Team in 2017. When she has spare time she enjoys reading, hiking, and camping with her family in the U.P.
Jules
Marketing Specialist Jules joined the AFANM Team in 2023. She Has Certified Courses in Graphic Design, Creative Content creation, and Social Media Marketing. In her free time she enjoys reading, Traveling, and going to dirt track races.
